Going home from the hospital should not mean waiting hours for a ride. We work directly with discharge planners, social workers and care managers to get patients home, or to a rehab or long-term care facility, safely and on schedule.

Call dispatch with the patient name, pickup location and discharge window. We confirm a pickup time with the nursing station and handle the rest.

Call as soon as you know the discharge date. We confirm the pickup with the hospital and help your loved one from the curb to their own front door.

Our vans fit chairs up to 34 inches wide and drivers are trained to assist with transfers. Ambulatory patients ride with a steady arm from the driver.
