About LifeCare Transport
A Wisconsin-owned medical transportation company providing more than 28,000 safe, on-time rides a year from offices in Fort Atkinson and Brookfield.
What We Do
We transport passengers who use wheelchairs and passengers who can walk, door to door, in wheelchair-accessible vans driven by certified professionals. Our riders include dialysis patients, seniors, people with disabilities, hospital patients heading home, and anyone whose care plan includes transportation.

LifeCare Transport grew out of C&W Med Rides, a small local service in Fort Atkinson. In 2023 we became LifeCare Transport, expanded our fleet of wheelchair-accessible vans, and opened our Brookfield office to serve the Milwaukee area. Today we provide more than 28,000 rides a year.

Every driver is certified in CPR, wheelchair securement and defensive driving, and passes a background check and drug screening. Every van is inspected daily and cleaned between rides. Every ride is tracked by dispatch.

We are an approved provider for My Choice Wisconsin, IRIS, Community Care and Inclusa, and we work directly with hospitals, clinics, dialysis centers and care facilities across Jefferson, Rock, Waukesha and Milwaukee counties. Private-pay riders are always welcome.
